Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 at plan
