Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property showings, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies. • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are always prioritized. • Assist in scheduling and coordinating property visits, optimizing time for both clients and team members. • Provide feedback and insights from showings to help refine the client service approach. • Stay informed about local market trends to offer clients the most current and relevant information. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships with our team. Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Strong organizational skills to coordinate property visits and manage schedules. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. • Proficiency in using technology and real estate software to enhance client service. • Commitment to staying informed about local market trends and industry developments. Compensation: $115,000 - $185,000 yearly
