Qualifications: • Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple showings efficiently. • Knowledge of the Nashville-Davidson--Murfreesboro real estate market, with a keen eye for emerging trends. • Ability to provide insightful feedback to clients, helping them make informed decisions. • Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and manage client interactions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing client needs and schedules. Compensation: $112,500 - $225,000 yearly
