Responsibilities: • Reach out to newly generated inquiries and determine interest level • Schedule and confirm appointments for buyer and listing consultations • Update lead status, notes, and contact information daily in CRM • Organize follow-up tasks and ensure timely communication with prospects • Support onboarding of new clients by gathering necessary documentation • Attend coaching calls to sharpen your skill set and learn best practices Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in person and via digital platforms • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently • Familiarity with real estate market trends and property listings in the Nashville-Davidson--Murfreesboro area • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and strategies • Experience in gathering and analyzing client feedback to improve service delivery • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication purposes Compensation: $112,000 - $225,000 yearly
