Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000
