Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Present yourself in a professional manner • Real Estate license required in order to work with clients • Must live in an area Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
