    We are looking for a professional buyer's agent to represent the interests of the Renters and the homebuyer throughout the entire purchasing process. Skills • Proven working experience in sales • Proven track of successful sales record • Ability to work independently • Sales, negotiation, and communication skills • Pleasant and trustworthy • MS Office familiarity • Real estate agent’s or broker’s license preferred Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $80,000 - $130,000 yearly at-plan commission Work Location: In person Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value • Display and market real property to possible buyers • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) • Manage property auctions or exchanges • Maintain and update listings of available properties • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: Experience: • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Preferred) Additional: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Show good organizational and time management skills • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 yearly at plan commission
