Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • In order to earn commissions, you must have a real estate license. • If you do not have our real estate license, we can help guide you in obtaining a license. • Great communication.
