    Showing Agent Opportunity Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent, or someone actively working toward a license, who wants to learn the business through real activity while building a path toward becoming a consistent buyer’s agent and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity places you alongside productive agents and an in-house lending team that supports agent development and client success. As a Showing Agent, you will learn to support buyers throughout the home search, coordinate showing schedules, host open houses, and stay involved in client communication. Through hands-on experience, you will learn how to show homes effectively, build relationships with buyers, and understand how active transactions move forward from the first conversation through closing. You will also learn to generate business through daily lead generation, follow-up, and client communication. Over time, the goal is to help you grow from supporting buyers into developing your own consistent buyer business while gaining confidence and experience inside a collaborative environment. Working alongside an in-house lending team also gives you additional visibility into how financing supports transactions and how strong communication between agents and lenders helps deals move forward smoothly. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • In order to earn commissions, you must have a real estate license • If you do not have our real estate license, we can help guide you in obtaining a license • Great communication skills Compensation: $150,000 at plan
