Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Lead follow up • Real estate buyer sales • Database • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Sales mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $150,000 at plan
