Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead follow up • Real estate buyer sales • Database • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Sales mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $150,000 at plan
