Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Lead follow up • Real estate buyer sales • Database • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Sales mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Real estate licenseCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
