Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule property showings to ensure clients have a seamless and informative experience. • Guide clients through properties, highlighting key features and answering questions to help them make informed decisions. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized home-buying journey. • Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and insights from showings, contributing to the overall sales strategy. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer clients accurate and relevant information. • Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for property showings, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. • Develop and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up, building trust and loyalty over time. Qualifications: • Real Estate License required or in progress. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple property showings efficiently. • Proven track record of effective communication, both verbal and written, with clients and team members. • Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market is a plus. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new real estate software and tools. • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation accurately. • Proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
