Qualifications: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent. • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the home-buying process. • Proven track record of staying organized and managing multiple appointments, helping you keep track of showings and client interactions. • Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market, giving you an edge in understanding local trends and opportunities. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to strategies that enhance the client experience and streamline processes. • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to maintain accurate records and communicate efficiently with clients and team members. • Commitment to learning and applying real estate best practices, supporting your growth and expertise in the field. Compensation: $125,500 - $225,400 yearly
