Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Will help candidate obtain their real estate license Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
