Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+
