    Base Salary Plus Commission The Showing Assistant & Listing Sales Coordinator is a key player in supporting the Broker/Owner by assisting with home showings, managing listings, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service. This role is perfect for an agent who does not want to be in production, but wants to be a part of a support team for the brokerage. This is an in-office position. • Full Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. One weekday off per week. Saturday/Sunday Two Weekend Hours a Month Required, Hours 10 AM – 6 PM from November to March. April to October Hours are from 11 AM – 7 PM on all days. • This is a W-2 position. CompensationHourly Wage: $19.23 • Bonus: $500 per closed transaction where you assisted in showings or listing or for any lead brought in on the clock during company-paid time. • Commission : 25% Commission split paid on any sphere referral (referral not from a lead brought in by the company or through Open Houses) brought in by the Showing Assistant and Listing Coordinator. Responsibilities: Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To): Buyer Support & Showings • Assist the Broker/Owner by showing homes to buyer clients. • Identify and recommend properties that meet buyers’ criteria. • Work with clients to refine their needs and preferences based on property visits. • Schedule and coordinate showings with buyers, listing agents, and sellers. • Attend property inspections and provide buyers access to homes for measuring, inspections, etc. • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via calls, texts, and emails. • Provide market research and pricing information to buyers. • Ensure clients feel supported by the Broker/Owner and the team. • Keep the Broker/Owner informed on all client interactions and progress (copying on emails, updating CRM). • Host Open Houses Listing Sales Coordination Listing Management • Assist Broker/Owner with listing appointments. • Ensure all listing documents are signed and completed. • Enter listing details into MLS. • Schedule professional photography, video tours, and live listing promotions. • Actively promote and help sell listings. Social Media & Marketing • Monitor and respond to incoming messages, comments, and interactions on social media. • Create and manage listing-related content. • Answer questions in the comments to improve engagement. Listing Activity & Follow-Ups • Field calls from agents regarding active listings and provide necessary details. • Keep updated notes and files on listings to prevent duplicate follow-up questions. • Respond to text inquiries by researching and relaying information efficiently. Open House CoordinationTrack, schedule, and promote open houses. • Collect and relay post-open house feedback to Lead Agent. Showing & Feedback Management • Gather and relay feedback from showings. • Ask listing clients if there’s anything else we can do to improve their listing’s visibility. Proactive Lead GenerationLook for listing opportunities within the market. • Identify potential buyers for existing listings. • Follow up with past listing appointments to determine a custom follow-up plan for each client. Transaction Coordination • Assist in preparing and organizing transaction documents (e.g., contracts, disclosures). • Track deadlines and ensure all parties meet transaction timelines. • Communicate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
