    A leading real estate team is looking for a motivated Showing Agent to support top producers and grow within a results-driven environment. You’ll assist Senior Buyer Agents by hosting open houses and showing homes, all while learning the strategies that drive success in today’s market. We’re looking for individuals who are either licensed or currently enrolled in real estate courses and eager to commit to a high-performance path. Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 at plan
