Benefits: • Flexible schedule (40 hours/week average) • Professional development assistance Responsibilities: • Host 2-4 open houses per week and convert open house visitors into active buyers • Assist with marketing efforts and follow up with leads quickly and consistently • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently, and assist through the purchase process • Write offers and support negotiations between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication and building rapport with clients • Stay organized by tracking client feedback, follow-up actions, and transaction progress to ensure a seamless process • Build your own personal book of business at the same time, using our proven systems and processes Qualifications: Requirements • Real Estate License • Personable and confident with people • Hardworking and dependable • Coachable and accountable • Organized with follow‑up • Motivated by income and growth • Willing and able to work evenings and weekends Real estate license preferred and must be obtained within two months of hire , but not required to apply for the right candidate. Compensation: $32,000 - $60,000 yearly
