As a Showing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting clients and the business's overall success by delivering outstanding service during property showings and ensuring smooth, professional client interactions. This position is designed to maximize availability and flexibility to meet client needs. Because showings often occur when buyers are available, the schedule is not a traditional 9-to-5 role and may include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate understands the importance of responsiveness, professionalism, and adaptability in a client-focused real estate environment. Compensation & Schedule • Base salary of $35,000–$40,000$1,000 bonus for every buyer closing , with expected first-year earnings of approximately $100,000 • Availability required for three weekends per monthPaid time off Responsibilities: • Conduct property showings for buyers, ensuring excellent service and professionalism • Communicate effectively with clients, promoting the team lead, answering questions, and addressing concerns during showings • Collaborate with team members to manage schedules and optimize availability • Provide detailed feedback regarding showings and client preferences • Assist with coordinating showing schedules and follow-up communication • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and high-touch service • Stay informed on market trends, new listings, and neighborhood features to add value during showings • Coordinate with listing agents to schedule and confirm appointments • Support marketing efforts by conducting open houses and supporting events as needed • Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company • Use CRM systems to track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks • This role is 100% in-office when not showing properties to clients. Between client-facing showings, the showing partner will call old leads, update marketing materials, run marketing materials or lockboxes to properties, assist with marketing projects, help plan client events, look for properties for active buyers & call them Qualifications: • Passion for real estate and delivering exceptional client experiences • Active real estate license REQUIRED • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
