Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Compensation: $75,000
