Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Communicate with clients and potential clients • Attend showings • Provide prompt feedback • Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings • The team lead would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification Compensation: $20 hourly + closing bonus
