The Showing Assistant supports Buyer’s Agents by coordinating and conducting property showings while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a newly licensed agent or early-career professional seeking hands-on field experience and a clear growth path into a Buyer’s Agent role. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and conduct property showings for buyer clients • Provide timely and accurate feedback from showings to the Buyer’s Agent • Assist with scheduling inspections, walkthroughs, and vendor appointments • Maintain clear records of showings and client notes • Represent the team with professionalism, care, and attention to detail • Support a smooth, thoughtful experience for every client interaction Qualifications: • Active South Carolina real estate license or currently enrolled in real estate school • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized • Strong time-management and follow-through • Full-time availability Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000 yearly
