As our Showing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the client experience by managing property tours, coordinating appointments, and ensuring every showing runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the lead agent to identify new opportunities, gather buyer feedback, and help support transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Conduct private showings by opening and securing properties, guiding clients through each home, and highlighting key features and benefits • Plan daily itineraries by scheduling appointments, coordinating with listing agents, and mapping efficient routes • Record buyer feedback promptly in the CRM after every tour to keep the team informed • Respond to client inquiries regarding HOA fees, short-term-rental rules, ski-lift access, schools, and other local amenities • Monitor new and updated listings each morning and flag high-priority opportunities for the lead agent • Host professional open houses by greeting visitors, collecting contact details, and maintaining marketing materials • Capture supplementary photos or video for buyers who cannot attend in person • Ensure property security by managing lockboxes, verifying lights/thermostats, and locking up after each showing Qualifications: • Active Colorado real estate license in good standing • Great Client and Customer Service Skills • Residence within Summit County; reliable vehicle required • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Proficiency with smartphones, GPS apps, Supra e-key, and basic CRM data entry • Availability to work evenings and weekends in line with client demand • Strong organizational skills, punctuality Compensation: $28 - $33 hourly
