Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $25 - $75 hourly
