Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Conduct scheduled property showings for buyer clients following the team’s established showing standards and procedures. • Ensure homes are opened, secured, and presented professionally to provide clients with a smooth and positive experience. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during showings while gathering all questions and feedback for the lead agent. • Coordinate with team agents and staff to manage showing schedules efficiently. • Accurately relay property details and maintain strong communication with the lead agent. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability during all showings. • Uphold the team’s standards and brand reputation through every client interaction. • Adhere to brokerage and team policies at all times, including proper communication protocols. • Represent the team culture of “Work Hard. Be Kind.” in every client and agent interaction. • Be available during evenings and weekends when the majority of showings occur. Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner Compensation: $35 per showing
