We’re hiring a licensed real estate professional to join our high-performing team in a paid, support-focused role (not a sales or recruiting position). You’ll work closely with our team to nurture leads, host open houses, show homes, and help create written content that reflects our brand voice. This is an hourly position with bonus potential (25–35 hrs/week) that includes evenings and weekends based on team and client needs. You'll start at $25 an hour, and during the first year, you'll likely make somewhere between $5,000-$15,000 a year in bonuses, with lots of room to grow pay over time. Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: • Show homes and host open houses with preparation, warmth, and professionalism • Follow up with leads from events, CRM activity, and online inquiries • Schedule and confirm appointments, helping clients through early buying steps • Write short-form marketing content (e.g., social media captions, newsletter blurbs) that matches our brand tone • Keep CRM notes, tagging, and pipeline data clean and updated • Support the team’s lead agents by reflecting the brand clearly in all client-facing interactions • Flex your schedule weekly based on deal flow, including some evenings/weekends Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • Active Utah real estate license (required) • Prior experience in showings, open houses, or buyer-side support preferred • Strong written communication skills — must be able to write in a warm, intelligent voice that isn’t robotic or generic • Comfortable making follow-up calls and talking to warm leads (not cold calling) • Emotionally intelligent, steady, and client-focused • Available for evenings/weekends as needed, with flex time during the week • Looking for a long-term team role, not a stepping stone to solo sales Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
