You’ll: • Show homes to qualified buyers and deliver an exceptional client experience • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications • Learn proven systems, scripts, and strategies that fuel top-tier agents • Be present for any onsite sales related needs • Lead generate a minimum of 15 hours a week • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards • Participate in team activities per team standards • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session • Build your knowledge, confidence, and network — preparing to become a full-time agent yourself This isn’t just a job — it’s your real estate masterclass , guided by experienced mentors who are deeply invested in your success.
