The work will focus on a wide range of activities, ranging from client care to administrative work to social media/marketing management. Responsibilities: Social media and content responsibilities will include: • Create and manage a consistent brand presence • Develop and execute a weekly social media calendar (45 posts/week) • Collaborate to translate vision into visual/video content • Generate, capture, and edit video content • Brainstorm video concepts • Post consistently with hashtags and tags • Monitor social media DMs and comments • Manage the website for inbound lead flow • Maintain a content bank • Recommend marketing ideas (giveaways, client touchpoints) Client Care and database management responsibilities will include: • Manage HubSpot CRM (with help onboarding) • Keep all contact data clean and tagged • Add new contacts and ensure completeness • Send cards (birthday, home anniversary, life events) • Monitor SOI life events on social media • Plan client events/giveaways • Coordinate referral partner relationships • Track outreach and client notes Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this role will be innately curious, detail-oriented, tech savvy, loyal, and excited to grow with us. Experience in many of the above responsibilities is a must. An active real estate license is a bonus, but not required. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
