Lydia Gable Realty Group is having a small number of private conversations with experienced agents who closed 2–5 transactions last year and feel capable of more—but don’t want to rebuild their business, rebrand themselves, or chase leads alone. Who This Is For This opportunity is for agents who: • Closed 2–5 transactions in the last year • Know they are capable of more consistency • Want structure, systems, and clear priorities • Are open to coaching, training, and accountability • Value professionalism, reputation, and long-term growth Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
