Real Estate Marketing Specialist
Position Summary:
The Real Estate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for advancing the customer experience through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with the real estate broker to assure that the website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect the brand and stay on track via a marketing calendar created by you. The ideal candidate is full of ideas to plan, create, and execute promotional campaigns that support the growth of the broker as well as their property listings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Advertising
- Planning and generating blog posts, crafting email newsletters and marketing campaigns, and writing marketing copy for the real estate website.
- Design and execute digital and print marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are visually compelling, effective, and timely.
- Develop and maintain monthly newsletters, ongoing drip campaigns, team website/blog, product marketing of listings and agents including e-blasts and direct mail.
- Streamline materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message and brand standards.
- Maintain website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
SEO
- Optimizing posts for search engines and visitors, including crafting search-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and images.
Public Relations, CRM, and Lead Management
- Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts and respond to followers.
- Develop broker events and promote them on social media channels
- Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth.
- Support the broker by tracking incoming leads/prospects via PropertyBase CRM so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth.
- Update and Utilize our CRM (PropertyBase) for maintaining updated client data, anniversary dates, and birthdays.
- Facilitate parts of the client transaction as needed. Training and systems are provided for this. Follow up with lenders, attorneys, brokers, working with contracts/Docusign, company compliance, communicating with clients.
Data Monitoring,\ and Analytics
- Gather and interpret data from website traffic, email opens, and honing content to engage more and better prospects.
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience in marketing/brand management
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions - driven to constantly improve results
- Ability to develop innovative forward-thinking design concepts
- Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry
- Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest tools and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
- Able to work independently and appropriately manage time
- In-depth social media experience
- Experience in agency or real estate environment a plus
- Prior CRM experience a plus
Reporting Relationships: This position reports directly to and is supervised by the broker.
Supervisory Duties: None
FTE: Part-time or Full-time
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, bonus eligible (will be discussed during the interview process)
