Responsibilities: Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • MAKE 100 calls today • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Reply QUICKLY to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Schedule appointments with sellers to build relationships Qualifications: Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed QUALIFICATIONS • Sales experience required (ANY industry!) Phone sales highly desired, if you haven’t done phone sales and don’t know the hustle this may not be for you • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $180,000 yearly
