You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • MAKE 100 calls today • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Reply QUICKLY to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Schedule appointments with sellers to build relationships Qualifications: Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed QUALIFICATIONS • Sales experience required (ANY industry!) Phone sales highly desired, if you haven’t done phone sales and don’t know the hustle this may not be for you • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $180,000 yearly
