    We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Support Agent to work directly alongside our leadership team. This role is designed for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys supporting buyers, being in the field, and helping transactions move forward smoothly. This is not a solo sales role and not a side hustle. The Real Estate Support Agent is a key part of the client experience and plays an important role in supporting showings, communication, and daily operations. The right person will be dependable, proactive, and comfortable working nights and weekends as client needs arise. Job Details • Employment Type: Full-time, W2 • Location: Based out of Wildwood, MO, with field work throughout the St. Louis area • Schedule: Variable, approximately 40 hours/week; this role includes approximately 16 hours of required weekend availability • Compensation Structure: This is a salaried, W-2 employee position with a base salary ($50,000) plus bonus and commission opportunities. • Target total compensation: $70,000+ annually, with strong performers trending closer to $80,000+ based on team production and individual contribution. • Benefits: Paid Time Off and Retirement Plan with up to 3% company match; Real estate license maintenance costs covered (MLS and licensing fees); Hands-on training alongside experienced, high-performing lead agents; Opportunity for long-term growth within the team • License Required: Yes, active Missouri real estate license Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct buyer showings, including evenings and weekends • Support buyers in the field by opening doors, attending walkthroughs, and providing feedback • Host open houses on evenings and weekends • Communicate with clients professionally via phone, text, and email • Assist with transaction-related tasks and scheduling • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM and internal systems • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and vendors as needed • Support the leadership team by taking ownership of assigned tasks and follow-through Qualifications: • Active real estate license • Reliable transportation required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities • Professional demeanor with clients and team members • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow established systems Compensation: $50,000
