We’re in search of a detail-oriented Real Estate Support Manager to oversee our daily operations, supervise support staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for agent support, assisting with contracts, transaction & listing management, and office management. You’ll also be in charge of the office budget and ordering supplies. Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and provide accountability for support staff, including transaction & listing management, agent support, and office management • Oversee all support departments to ensure processes are being followed & completed • Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary • Track office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget • Step ina support role when needed, particularly on the transaction & listing management roles • Field contract questions and support issues from team members Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • 2+ years of real estate transaction management experience • 2+ years of experience in Listing management • Experience managing people and keeping them accountable Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + benefits + bonus structure
