Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Build and refine operational workflows that support the full transaction lifecycle. • Oversee tools and technology (CRM, project management, automation, reporting). • Support broker and staff through troubleshooting, documentation, and training. • Manage vendor relationships and internal team resources. • Measure what matters—create and track metrics that guide improvement. • Lead team meetings, manage priorities, and ensure follow-through. • Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through SOPs and feedback loops. Compensation: $65,000+ salary based on experience, with additional bonuses available Qualifications: What We’re Looking For (Core Skills & Traits) • 3+ years in an operations, project management, or team-lead role. • Confident with systems and software—comfortable learning new tools quickly. • Excellent communicator who can translate between departments clearly. • Organized and proactive: you anticipate problems before they escalate. • Data-driven mindset—comfortable tracking performance metrics. • Collaborative leadership style: You bring people along with you, not just direct them. • Adaptable and unflappable when things change (because they always do). Would Be Nice (Bonus Skills & Experience) • Background in real estate, property management, or a related field. • Experience leading small teams or coordinating across multiple departments. • Familiarity with CRM tools. • Basic understanding of marketing workflows or client-experience design. • Process documentation or SOP library experience. Compensation: $65,000+ salary DOE plus bonus
