We are seeking a dynamic, highly driven Real Estate Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at attracting, engaging, and converting real estate professionals. Responsibilities: Recruiting & Agent Attraction • Source and engage prospective real estate agents through calls, texts, email, social platforms, events, and local industry networking. • Conduct discovery calls and initial interviews to understand agent goals and alignment. • Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline with daily activity benchmarks. • Host and support career nights, office tours, and recruiting events. • Build relationships with new and experienced agents across the region. Pipeline Management & Reporting • Track all outreach, appointments, and conversions using our CRM. • Provide weekly recruiting KPIs and progress updates to leadership. Brand Representation & Engagement • Clearly articulate the Strata Group culture, value proposition, and support systems. • Partner with Marketing on recruiting campaigns and messaging. • Deliver a white-glove experience to every prospective agent. Qualifications: • Recruiting experience required (real estate recruiting preferred, but not mandatory). • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through. • High daily activity and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management. Compensation: $50,000 yearly + Bonus
