    A top-producing 5-agent real estate team, under the banner of a nationally recognized brokerage, is looking for a reliable candidate to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This individual will be the core of the team, working primarily in the office with some fieldwork related to the listing, buyer, and client service, Team Leader, Team agent, and Team Staff support, office organization and management, and general team unity and cohesion efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented; organized; comfortable dealing with clients, affiliates, vendors, and industry personnel; excellent at prioritizing, multi-tasking, break-tasking, and working with little supervision; a forward- and creative-thinker; self-motivated, trustworthy, and enjoys working with and supporting others; strives for consistency and accuracy; and, exhibits the highest level of confidentiality.   Job Type: Part-time (20-30 hours, M-F) with potential for an increase Anticipated Work Shift/Schedule: 9:00am to 3:00pm; M-F (flexible; varies as needed, but minimum 20, maximum 30 per week; some evening and weekend) Company Benefits: • Mileage Reimbursement for Work-related Running (at government rate; to and from the office) • 401K (within Safe Harbor guidelines) * • Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays Off*Pay:Commensurate with experience. *Subject to Probationary Period and Longevity Markers Responsibilities: • Team Leader right-hand support, scheduling, email, client care; personal assistance • Team Agent Team Staff collaboration support • Data Input, Manipulation, Extraction in various computer programs • Client Outreach and Appreciation • Help with the supervision of homes that are vacant or require access by vendors • Research for listings and home searches; setup of buyer searches and showings/buyer tour schedules for Team Leader • Client database management reporting • Assist Marketing with Team Client Events • Office organization, supplies, and client materials • Team Assistance with Open House Broker’s Open materials, preparation, and facilitation • Other tasks associated with Listing, Buying, Inspections, Negotiations, Closing Processes as needed; general clerical, office duties, and running • Track team leader’s schedule and processes with clients/transactions • Work with title companies, lenders, home inspectors, and repair contractors • Help adhere to the terms and conditions of contractual details of transactions • Act as a Point of Contact for the Team and be able to Direct Inquiries to Other Parties • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • An understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn and intuitively master Outlook, Gmail, Top Producer, Chime, Matrix, Dotloop, and ShowingTime, as well as Microsoft Office products; Proficiency with computers social media platforms • Reliable vehicle; car insurance; and, valid driver’s license in good standing, and the willingness to use the said vehicle for travel related to job duties (reimbursed at government rate) • Cell phone, with texting • Ability to lift 30lbs (not a regular requirement) • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Professional business acumen • Composure to be interrupted in a task and be able to resume it • Desire to learn and grow in the job and the field • Utmost confidentiality, reliability, trustworthiness • Effective verbal and written communication • Patient, steady, approachable, and humble.
