This role is the day-to-day support system for our Elite Team agents — the person they rely on for guidance, problem-solving, tech help, and keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a passive role. We need someone proactive, dependable, patient, organized, and naturally service-minded. Responsibilities: • Serve as the go-to support person for our Elite Team Lead and agents • Help agents navigate systems, technology, and day-to-day operations • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions quickly and professionally • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing agent assistance • Help maintain organization, communication, and workflow across the team Qualifications: • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A true “teacher’s heart” — someone who genuinely enjoys helping and guiding others • Strong technical ability (we’d consider this a 7/10 or higher) • Patient, calm, and solutions-oriented • Highly dependable and self-motivated • Someone who thrives on being needed and takes initiative without being chased • Operator-type personality: organized, resourceful, and proactive • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly Compensation: $40,000
