Responsibilities: • Respond to and follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads using phone, text, email, and CRM tools • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from initial consultation to closing • Conduct showings, host open houses, and provide local market insights to clients • Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with other professionals throughout the transaction • Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure a smooth experience • Actively participate in team trainings, meetings, and growth activities to sharpen your skills • Uphold the team’s standards for service, professionalism, and client care Qualifications: • Active Florida real estate license • Strong work ethic and commitment to full-time real estate sales • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to follow a proven system • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven • Experience in real estate or sales preferred, but not required Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
