They leverage KW tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of recruiting market share Realtors and in consulting with the top 20 percent of agents inside and outside their office to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions. They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system in their dealings with others. If not already with KW, they are living a life of developing others, they come from curiosity, are coachable, and have a win-win attitude. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a highly functioning leadership team. They have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 10% of their office. If coming from outside of Real Estate or KW, they have a track record of leading and growing others in a sales environment. They understand basic business principles, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls), and how to support others in making great business decisions. What will you do? This is 20% of the job • Lead & Grow the Market Center by Implementing the OP’s Vision • Regularly consult and engage top agents both inside KW and outside KW to attract them to the Market Center through increased productivity and profitability using the KW MREA (Millionaire Real Estate book) models. • Grow the MC Realtor base with a mix of new, experienced, and Top Agents who are not already with KW. Growth goals are to be set by your Market Center. • Actively attract and retain productive associates through business consulting, a world-class training calendar, KW Technology, and other KW value wall initiatives (Keller Mortgage, KSCORE, Communities, KWEN, MAPS, Keller • Offers, Family Reunion, MegaCamp, and more!) • Build an Agent Leadership Council with members of the office’s Top 10% and work with them to make major decisions in the MC that affect both the leadership of the MC and the agent base. Oversee the ALC and ensure ALC growth in productivity + profitability • Be the ‘Economist of Choice’ for your Market Center by understanding, following, and reporting on the market conditions to the agents inside and outside the MC. Responsibilities: • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • 50% Recruiting experienced Realtors • 25% Mentoring, training, coaching • 15% Retention and development of current agents • 10% Management of office staff Qualifications: • Must have a college degree • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Licensed active MI Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Required • Track record of past success in recruiting or sales • Technology (CRM, database, Google suite) and social media savvy • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Proactive and positive Compensation: $72,000 - $150,000 yearly
