Responsibilities: • Aid in creating budgets • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Manage all competitor, customer and market research • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies Qualifications: • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Experience with relevant software applications • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards Compensation: $75,000-$150,000
