Responsibilities: • Recruit & Mentor: Attract top talent and provide ongoing coaching to help agents grow their businesses. • Lead by Example : Set the standard with your sales expertise while supporting the team in achieving their goals. • Leverage Real’s Tools : Utilize Real Broker’s platform, including proprietary tech and resources (including support team), to drive team success. Qualifications: • A Real Estate License is required for this position. • If you aspire to be a team leader and lack prior experience, we will provide guidance for your journey. • For those who have experience as a team leader, we offer support for you to scale. • We seek individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are dedicated to assisting others in achieving success. • The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $85,000+ at plan commission
