You'll take ownership of the ops side of a Top 1% Toronto real estate business, building and improving systems that support growth, and running those systems to see the impact of your work over time. You'll have meaningful autonomy to solve problems, make operational decisions, and implement automations. Transactions and listings move smoothly, priorities stay clear, clients feel exceptionally well cared for, and the business grows while maintaining that calm. Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually, with Paid Time Off and Bonus Potential.
