    Part-Time/Full-Time Real Estate Team Operations Ready To Hire! We are a high-volume, relationship-driven real estate team serving Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties. We are seeking a Transaction Manager to take full ownership of the contract-to-close process, keep every deadline on track, and help deliver a concierge-level experience for our buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. This role is ideal for someone who loves checklists, thrives under deadlines, communicates calmly and professionally, and takes pride in helping transactions reach the finish line smoothly and on time. We are looking for a growth-minded team player who is eager to contribute beyond the transaction itself and support the overall success of the team. COMPENSATION Commensurate with experience and potential. This role is in-person with flexibility of exact working hours, so long as they are consistent and reliable. We believe 30 hours is ideal; however, there is some flexibility for more or less, depending on what the right candidate wants. Health insurance is not provided, though it is available through Keller Williams corporate. A company-funded 401(k) is available, paid vacation, plus bonuses for those who are licensed. Responsibilities: • Be physically present in the office to warmly greet agents and clients, especially during events, closings, and meetings. • Book conference rooms and maintain the team's shared calendar. • Oversee the processing of new sales and contract-to-close for each file, assisting team agents where needed. • Order seller-side conveyancing through a title company and hold them accountable for obtaining all certs and payoffs for an on-time closing, following up throughout the escrow period. • Assist the team agent in ordering U&O/lateral inspections for properties occasionally. • Review ALTA and ensure it accurately reflects the accounting of the transaction before signing. • Maintain all paperwork and submit a complete file to the main office for processing. • Process the deposit and withdrawal of escrow checks from the main office. • Maintain accurate accounting records for each sale (via a spreadsheet) and update as changes take place. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and transaction management systems, including milestone updates and notes. • Build, refine, and uphold team SOPs, checklists, templates, and systems to support efficiency and growth. • Utilize Artificial Intelligence for increased productivity and efficient workflows. • Assemble closing bags, closing and pop-by gifts, thank you notes, congratulations notes, and other mailers as needed. • Assist in planning and executing team events, client events, and workshops. • Assist with marketing and social media to include recording and documenting agents, clients, events, presentations, and more via picture and short video clips that can be used to tell our brand story. - Look for ways to support and encourage team members. • Potentially travel to NC or other industry events on occasion. Qualifications: • 2–5+ years of real estate experience, preferably in PA. • Experience as a Transaction Manager and/or Conveyancer is strongly preferred. • A current real estate license is a plus. • Strong understanding of contract forms, deadlines, municipal requirements, and township-specific nuances, including U&O. • Familiarity with lender and title processes, including CD/ALTA figures, prorations, transfer taxes, HOA dues, etc. • Excellent communication skills with a calm, polished, and professional demeanor. • Highly detail-oriented, systems-driven, and able to manage a high volume of transactions with consistency and excellence. • Ability to successfully manage approximately 10–20 open files per month. • Growth-minded team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support the broader needs of the business. • Notary designation is also a plus.     $45,000-$60,000 per year
