Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions with professionalism and integrity. • Conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare accurate listing and purchase agreements. • Follow up with leads promptly and maintain up-to-date CRM tools to ensure seamless client interactions. • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster strong relationships. • Stay coachable, accountable, and growth-minded to continuously improve your skills and results. • Participate actively in our proven training program to master conversion, contracts, and client consultations. • Leverage live tour requests from Zillow to engage with real-time buyer inquiries and close deals efficiently. Qualifications: • Experience in residential real estate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. • Ability to conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare accurate listing and purchase agreements. • Proven track record of maintaining up-to-date CRM tools to ensure seamless client interactions. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams. • Commitment to staying coachable, accountable, and growth-minded for continuous improvement. • Willingness to participate actively in training programs to master conversion, contracts, and consultations. • Ability to leverage live tour requests from Zillow to engage with real-time buyer inquiries efficiently. Compensation: $125,500 - $225,000 yearly
