Responsibilities: • Blow away your clients with amazing customer service • Issue title commitments and satisfy B-I requirements • Prepare closing documents for attorney review • Prepare closing statements and balance with lender • Prepare final title policy for attorney review • Schedule closings and carry out signings • Fund the closing. • Record documents Qualifications: • High school diploma required -- college degree preferred • Meet state licensing requirements -- title producers license is a plus • Microsoft Office Suite proficient • The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills • Requires 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor, title examiner, or closing services experience • Candidate must have title agent license or be willing to obtain it • Qualia experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 yearly
