Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Processor/Closer, located in Bradenton, FL. The Title Processor/Closer will be responsible for preparing and examining title documents, closing real estate transactions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and clients, handling escrow accounts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the closing process.
Must have Title Processor/Closer Experience (2 year minimum)
Applicant must be knowledgeable with the entire closing process and be able to take a file from inception through closing. Salary is competitive and negotiable. Organization, ability to handle many tasks at once and work as part of a team is a must. Great opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company. Job Requirements:
• Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
• Regularly communicate with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to timely and efficiently close transactions
• Prepare all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds
• Conducts closings with the necessary parties
• Fulfill the duties of an escrow officer, including the receipt and disbursement of funds
• Review all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims
