Responsibilities: • Ensure new agents are ready for success by leading them through our training and mentorship program. • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions to educate agents on various real estate topics. • Design and implement strategies to improve agent understanding of complex real estate concepts. • Ensure agents are up-to-date on changes in regulations and best practices in the real estate industry. • Analyze and evaluate training materials to ensure they are effective and appropriate for the intended audience. • Communicate with management to provide feedback and progress reports on training. • Instruct in our real estate school as needed. Qualifications: • US Work Authorization. • At least 5 years of experience working in a real estate office or in the real estate industry. • Flexible schedule with the ability to take calls from agents on evenings and weekends. • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills. • Must be able to obtain instructor's license within 90 days. • This position is part-time. Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000
