32 South Properties is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Transaction Coordinator to support our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details and deadlines, and takes pride in helping others stay organized. Our team works across the Charleston area, helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process. The Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close while providing excellent communication and support to agents and clients along the way. Responsibilities: • Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing • Track important contract deadlines, contingencies, and key milestones • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments • Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors • Send weekly transaction updates to clients • Help organize and maintain transaction documents and files • Assist agents with document preparation and paperwork • Ensure documents are uploaded and organized properly for compliance review • Help ensure each transaction progresses smoothly and stays on schedule What Success Looks Like in This Role • Agents feel supported and able to focus more on serving their clients • Transactions stay organized and on schedule • Deadlines are tracked and met with no surprises • Communication is clear and consistent for everyone involved • Documents and files remain organized and easy to access This role is an important part of helping our team deliver a smooth and professional experience for clients from contract to closing. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
